Virtual Legal Clinic

In recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Survivor Advocacy Services is hosting a free Virtual Legal Clinic in partnership with Ascend Justice, National Immigrant Justice Center, HANA Center, and Greater Chicago Legal Clinic.

This 3-day Virtual Legal Clinic will provide free legal consultations across a range of practice areas. Please note that services are by appointment only, with priority given to individuals who identify as survivors of violence.

Tuesday, April 14
Greater Chicago Legal Clinic
Consultations on criminal law, eviction and foreclosure, employment discrimination, and more.

Wednesday, April 15
National Immigrant Justice Center & HANA Center
Immigration consultations on U-Visas, VAWA self-petitions, Battered Spouse Waivers, asylum, removal defense, DACA, and more.

Thursday, April 16
Ascend Justice
Survivors of domestic and sexual violence can access legal consultations for family law, consumer debt, finances, employment, housing, and Crime Victim Compensation.
