The Office of Financial Aid will be assisting students in completing the 2025-26, 2026-27 FAFSA and Alternative Application (RISE Act). If you need help in completing any of the applications, feel free to come to one of our workshops. Our Financial Aid Advisors are ready to assist.

Assistance will be available for students completing both the 2026-2027 FAFSA and the Alternative Application for Illinois Financial Aid (for qualifying undocumented students).

Please bring the correct documentation with you to complete these forms.

  • Federal income tax returns, records of child support received; and your current balance of cash, savings, and checking accounts (Note: You must provide consent and approval to disclose your federal tax information to be eligible for federal student aid.)
  • Bank statements and records of investments (if applicable), net worth of investments, businesses, and farms
  • Records of untaxed income (if applicable)
  • Social Security Number
  • Alien Registration Number (if applicable)
  • If you’re a dependent student, and they are not attending the workshop with you, then you will also need the following information for your parent(s):

-Parent’s legal name

-Parent’s date of Birth

-Parent’s social security number

-Parent’s email address
